Marketing Strategies
When you decide to list your home or property, I will prepare a marketing package including (with your approval) pictures of several rooms in the house, additional views from the front, side and back, with plenty of information about schools, shopping, utilities, etc. I will prepare information packets for potential buyers to pick up in your home as they are viewing your house, so they will have all the information they need right at their fingertips. Your home will stand out from the others at the end of the day! Next, we will discuss ways to prepare your property to "show off" for potential buyers. I will give you videos to guide you through the selling process, and discuss with you many tricks and tips to best prepare your home for the market. Simple things can really make a difference to a potential buyer!!
